The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Contracting Office (NCO 01) located in Providence, RI intends to enter into a sole source procurement, pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Brightly Software, Inc., for the following requirement: Statement of Work WorxHub Services Provide Software & Database Service Support for FMS' HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Equipment. Work covered under this agreement includes:

Provide monthly software and database customer service support for Facility Dude preventive maintenance program. Unlimited user access. Lifetime remote support and training to WorxHub via Chat, Phone or E-mail. Ongoing updates to WorxHub for new product enhancements and features. Work Order service requests. PM Program with WorxHub PM library. Projects. JCO built in standards. Reporting.

However, interested parties that believe they can satisfy the requirement listed above must clearly identify their capability to do so in writing by Friday, October 11 at 5PM EST time.
