Clinton Reclining Power Adjustment Phlebotomy Chairs Scope of Work and Specifications The purpose of this requirement is for the provision and delivery of ten (10) Reclining Power Adjustment Phlebotomy chairs. Delivery shall be to White River Junction VA Medical Center in White River Junction, VT. The mission of the Medical Center is to maintain high quality care and standardize and improve safety. Phlebotomy chairs are a required piece of equipment for blood drawing. This requirement is brand name or equal.

To be considered for award, offers of equal products, including equal products of the brand name manufacturer, must (i) Meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation; (ii) Clearly identify the item by- Brand name, if any; and make or model number; (iii) Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer; and (iv) Clearly describe any modifications the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements.

Mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modification.

Minimum Specifications (derived from Clinton Industries Inc. Reclining Power Phlebotomy Chair): Equipment must be new, free of tears and in working order Smooth, fully electric reclining and height adjustment Self-leveling arms and synchronized footrest that move with chair seat and backrest Power recline to accommodate patients who may faint during a procedure Power supplies and motors meet UL 60601-1 and CAN/CSA C22.2 601.1 Rated 5 amps at 120 VAC Hand controller All-welded, steel, neutral gray powder-coated frame Heavy duty, all-welded, steel frame Padded seat, backrest, armrests and footrest Armrests flip up out of the way for easy entry and exit Adjustable foot levelers Easy-clean, durable, stain-resistant vinyl 375 lbs. load capacity under normal use (170 kg) Seat at least 20 wide, 17 deep, adjustable height 22-30 Arm adjustment at least 21 between arms Seat Back with 25-75 degree angle Footrest with 5-90 degree angle Beige or Tan color preferred Delivery and Installation Contractor shall provide all technical and clinical information needed for operation.

Contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Contractor shall deliver all equipment to the following location: White River Junction VA Medical Center 163 Veterans Drive (freight address)
