The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: Becton, Dickinson & Company 2350 Qume Drive San Jose, CA 95131 UEI: MM5ZHL8SRFY5 This is not a request for quotes. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a contract for preventative maintenance and service for existing equipment, BD LSRFortessa, for VA Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury Campus.

The contractor will provide the required proprietary parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov.
