The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to large business Trane U.S. Inc. This award is for the installation of an extension of existing Trane Building Automation System infrastructure hardware and software. This award will be a one-time purchase with no option years. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirements.
This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for possible consideration in future procurements by the Government to david.valenzuela2@va.gov no later than 3:00 pm EST 20 June 2024.
