STATEMENT OF WORK MIDMARK PODIATRY EXAM CHAIRS, PROCEDURE TABLES Purpose This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the procurement of Midmark Podiatry furniture for the VA Medical Center. Background The Podiatry staff at the VA Medical Center at White River Junction have a need for specialized medical furniture. Current podiatry chairs are breaking down and have tears in the arm portion of the chairs, which poses a safety issue by preventing adequate cleaning between patients.

The contractor shall ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Shipping/Delivery 4.1 The contractor shall deliver the devices to the following address: WRJ VA Medical Center Podiatry 215 N. Main Street White River Junction, VT 05009 4.2 Delivery shall occur within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. Request coordination with WRJ Podiatry and HTM Departments, with a minimum of (2) two weeks notice. Warranty The contractor shall furnish the standard manufacturer's warranty.
