ManoScan ESO Manometry System Intent to compete among OEM authorized distributors

Pre-Solicitation Notice VHA Network Contracting Office 1 New England (NCO1) intends to acquire the goods/services described below by soliciting only among the authorized distributors of the Medtronic ManoScan ESO for High Resolution Manometry System. NCO 1 intends to solicit the authorized distributors of the OEM under the streamlined and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.104, competition to the maximum extent practicable.

NCO1 intends to obtain_2 ESO ManoScan Catheters (Product Code 3890) and a One Year warranty from these unique sources. VHSS Beacon Point Associates The PSC/FSC is 6515. The NAICS is 339112. The size standard is 1000. Since the items are exclusively available from the authorized distributors of the OEM, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.

This procurement is subject to prohibitions in VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) including 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.
