Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation - Intent to Sole Source 36C24124Q0253 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: VACT (VA CONNECTICUT) ATP2 Pouch Packaging System (689-24-2-7077-0010) This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation is available. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(a)(2) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.301-1(c), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and brand-name descriptions. The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C.

1901. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO1 intends to award a One-Time, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source Commodities contract for an ATP2 320 Canisters with unit dose packaging including trays, canisters and spoolers to the LB (Large Business)

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): The Chuddy Group LLC. d/b/a TGCRx UEI: NQGBJPMMJYE8 N1671 powers Lake Road Powers Lake, WI 53159 The ATP2 320 Canisters with unit dose packaging is proprietary to TGCRx and is the only authorized distributor, installer, servicer and warranty service provider for the ATP2 320 Canisters with unit dose packaging. Only TGCRx can provide Annual PM & Servicing. This implementation requires trained TGCRx personnel.

A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Governments intent to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The primary North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339112: Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The business size for this NAICS is 1000 Employees. Capable parties may identify their interests and authorization to respond to this requirement by 01/29/24, at 10:00 AM (EDT).
