VA Medical Center Janitorial Service

Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. The information gathered for market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has a future requirement for Contract support for janitorial services at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center. The Government will contemplate awarding an SDVOSB set aside firm fixed price contract resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for a total of five years.

Please note: All contractor doing business with the Federal Government must be actively registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM) as well as have an active Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). The anticipated NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $22 million. When responding, interested parties should answer the following questions: Can your firm provide the requested services identified in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached?

Do you have any issues/questions/concerns with the draft PWS? How many calendar days does your firm need to prepare a quote resulting from future solicitation?
