The purpose of this amendment is to clarify conflicting information in the PWS and the Price Sheet.

The following changes are made to the solicitation: Added the following clarifying statement to the distance requirements in PWS Sections B.1 B.4: , co-located in one garage within a 10 (5 section B.3) -minute walk from the building front entrance to the pedestrian garage entrance (according to google maps) of (building address) Removed the total number of spaces required for each location from the PWS to allow for future flexibility if needed.

Added footnote 1 to PWS section B.1 - B.4 which states: The total number of spaces may fluctuate throughout the life of the contract. Therefore, any changes to the numbers of spaces provided shall be considered within the scope of the contract. Modified the descriptions of all CLIN s on the Price Sheet to correlate with the requirements in the PWS.
