Description: The purpose of this modification is to increase the ceiling of the Employee Transit Benefit Support Services Contract ceiling by 38.06%, or $2,700,000.00, increasing the total contract value from $7,093,869.91 to $9,793,869.91. This ceiling increase represents the total ceiling for Employee Transit Benefit Support Services Contract. The Period of Performance is 04/01/2023 – 12/31/2026 inclusive of all options.
The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only on responsible source, will be made available within 14 days of contract award IAW FAR 6.305(a) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
