Venue and A/V Support for 2024 VA MST Symposium

PROJECT SCOPE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for meeting space rental and audiovisual support. VBA is looking for commercial conference space for July 29, 2024 through July 31, 2024. Please review the attached document titled: Statement of Work (SOW) Veterans Affairs (VA) 2024 Military Sexual Trauma (MST) National Training Symposium_SS, for scope details of required venue and support services.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Within 1/3-mile walking distance from 15 Century Blvd, Nashville, TN 37214. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS)

CODE AND SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 721110-Hotels (except for casinos) & Motels.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a UEI number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete Online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website.
