This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing proposed contract action prior to the issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offer will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued within the on or about May 12,2025. The acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking to establish a Contract for a base and four one-year options for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Support Services Division, Philadelphia, PA Regional Office The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change.

Registrations: In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications SAM.gov website.
