Government is looking to lease land for tractor trailer storage in Central Florida

The Government of the United States of America, is seeking approximately 10 acres of cleared, flat land to be used for tractor trailer storage and staging, located in close proximity to major highway corridors that can accommodate tractor trailer truck movement ingress and egress. Desired location to be within Tampa and Orlando, FL. Sites must be hardstand capable and able to house 250 to 300 53' road trailers (tractor trailers) for an empty trailer yard. A former trucking facility, closed truck stop, distribution center, equipment of vehicle holding facility, or any industrial area that has sufficient hardstand. 10+ acres desired; the larger the better.
