FEMA is actively seeking modular home vendors to manufacture, transport and install portable housing units for use as temporary group housing for individuals and families displaced by the Maui wildfires. FEMA will hosted an informational session from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at The Westin Maui Resort and Spa, Haleakala Ballroom, 2365 Kaanapali Parkway in Lahaina. Vendors that attended Industry Day learned of requirements for the Alternative Transportable Temporary Housing Units, which will be installed at locations on Maui designated for FEMA group housing. *INDUSTRY DAY POWERPOINT IN NOW UPLOADED.
