NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – CENTER FOR AUTOMOTIVE RESEARCH NAICS CODE 519290 - WEB SEARCH PORTALS AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION SERVICES PSC DA10IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Center for Automotive Research, 880 Technology Drive, Suite C – Ann Arbor, MI 48108, United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is an annual renewal of The Center for Automotive Research which will provide a large database of various vehicles and suppliers to the commissioners to help aid and support their work for analytical statistics and decisions. The Center for Automotive Research will provide subject matter expert knowledge to provide substantial intelligence. The period of performance is one year: February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.

A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
