The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Sphera Solutions, Inc. - 130 E Randolph St STE 2900, Chicago, Illionois 60601 ; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for GaBi database license on scope 3 emmissions factors for upstream materials in steel and aluminium production .Sphera Solutions Inc, is a sole propritor for this database.

Extensive market research was conducted by subject matter experts and it was concluded that competing this requirement is not in the best interest of the United States International Trade Commission. Please see attached Justification for additional details. The period of performance for this requirement is one year, from Jun 1st 2024 through May 31st 2024. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.
