NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE 34300024Q0015 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – WOLFRAM RESEARCH, INC NAICS Code 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC DA10 - IT and Telecom - Business Application/application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Wolfram Research Inc. – 100 Trade Center Drive, Champaign, IL 61820-7273 United States, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to acquire a new 3-Year Contract (base plus two option years) for Wolfram’s Mathematica Software licenses which will provide a unique software system with built-in libraries for several areas of technical computing that allows learning, statistics, symbolic computation, data manipulation, network analysis, time series analysis, and many other interfaces that would be beneficial to the US Trade Commission users.

There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one base year, with two(anticipated) 1-year options: April 19, 2024 through April 18, 2027 This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
