SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United State Coast Guard (USCG), Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13 procedures The intended Contractor: PD MYCO Trailers, LLC 2703 29th Ave E. Bradenton, FL 34208-7416, United States USCG LOG-94 requires: Parts for 04 BTD 11-meter RIB trailer manufactured by MYCO Trailers per statement of work (SOW) This procurement is being conducted using commercial items and services procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), allowing the Contracting Officer (KO) to solicit from one source.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 336212. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is 2330 The procurement type will be a firm-fixed price. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Telephone requests for information or questions will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice.
