Notice of Intent to Sole source to AMO sales & services inc.

The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska intends to award a firm fixed price, single source contract to AMO sales and services inc. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance (on-site) for the Abbott Laboratories Intralase FS Ophthalmic Excimer Laser NAICS Code: 339115 This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i).

The anticipated award date is 1 September 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed. Deadline date for submittal is 23 August 2024 1200pm Alaska standard time.

A determination by the United States Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the United States Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
