Laboratory Testing Medical Supplies for MEDDAC-Japan, 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota AB, intends sole source purchase to ORTHO CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS K.K. authority under FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
ORTHO CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS K.K. will be providing all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform Laboratory Testing Medical Supplies for MEDDAC-Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese law and U.S. Army regulation or required to meet the standards in this contract. In addition, all items listed in the attached document must be able to be delivered. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service stated above. The closing date for this notice is 9 Sep 25, 1400 hrs Japanese Standard Time.
