Fiscal Year 2024 Small Ambulatory Program (SAP)

This announcement provides notice of the availability of funds for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and affords eligible Tribes or Tribal Organizations (T/TO) the opportunity to apply. The SAP awards funding on a competitive basis for qualifying projects to construct, expand, or modernize, T/TO owned, small ambulatory health care facilities that serve American Indian and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) and that are operated pursuant to a health care services contract or compact entered into under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, Public Law (P.L.) 93-638.
