Statement of Objectives LOKRING kit MAT Seattle GENERAL 1.1 Background The Coast Guard is seeking to procure LOKRING fittings and installation devices for repairs on Coast Guard Cutters stationed in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. 1.2 Scope The winning vendor bid shall kit and, deliver the below LOKRING fittings and tools in the quantities listed. All components must be genuine LOKRING to comply with current NAVSEA standards for shipboard use. Substitutions will not be considered.

Qty:1; Copper Nickel fittings kit MTK20-CN3-P04/P06/P08 (1/4", 3/8", 1/2") Qty:1; Copper Nickel Fittings kit ITK30-200/700-P12-FR (3/4") Qty:1; Copper Nickel Fittings kit MTK50-CN200-P16/P20/P24/P32-FR (1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2") Qty:1; Stainless Steel Fittings kit: MTK45-SS4/MAS-P08/P12/P16-FR (1/2".

3/4", 1") Qty:1; Stainless Steel Fittings kit: MTK60-SS4/MAS-P16/P20/P24/P32-F ( 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2") Qty:5; Pump-P-392-QD Qty:5; Hose-HH15-QD MAX-10,000psi Vendor shall provide a minimum warranty for one (1) full year on tools and hoses.

USCG Base Seattle ATTN: MAT Seattle 1519 Alaskan Way S Seattle, WA 98134 2.6 References The LOKRING kit shall be in accordance with the standards and specifications of the referenced technical organizations for the construction methods, materials, application and environment as applicable. These may include but not be limited to:

ISO Standards. American National Standards Institute (ANSI). National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). All applicable OSHA standards. 2.7 Submittals and Approvals Interested vendors should respond to this solicitation and will be contacted by the Contracting Officer. 3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance is ninety (90) calendar days from date of contract award.
