Station Monterey Sewage Line Replacement

Repair of a deteriorated underground sanitary drain line at Station Monterey bldg. 308. This repair addresses a reported sewer odor originating from the women’s restroom and is necessary to prevent future odor issues and potential system failure. An assessment identified a severely corroded and scaled sanitary drain line beneath the women’s restroom. Camera inspection revealed a back-graded area contributing to stagnant sewer conditions and the resulting odor. Replacement of a section of the underground pipe is necessary.
