General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Ponce Delineated Area: Starting at the coast near the southern most point of PR-136 (marked in blue), continuing to PR-136, continuing to PR-335, continuing to 127, continuing to PR-136, continuing to PR132, continuing to Avenida Circunvalacion, continuing to PR-123 South, continuing to PR-9 East continuing to PR10, continuing to PR-52 North, continuing to PR-1 until PR-1 meets Calle Magnolia, continuing south to the coast line, traveling the coast line all the way back to beginning coast line point at the southernmost part of PR-136. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
