Notice of Availability (NOA) for the Removal and Preservation of the Wallops Beach Life Saving Station and Observation Tower

The Lifesaving Station and Observation Tower property described herein has been determined to be excess to the needs of the Federal government (Government). Pursuant to the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 USC 20113 (c)(4) and in accordance with the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251) et seq.), this property is being made available at no cost to all entities for education, park, recreation, cultural, or historic preservation purposes.

No preference will be given to Federal agencies, or state or local governments. An entity with an interest in acquiring the described property for a use consistent with the purposes stated above, shall submit responses to the requested information below to the NASA Point of Contact, via the electronic mail address provided, by September 16, 2024. Responses shall be single-spaced with 12 point font.
