Services for the Development and Maintenance of the Reallocated Trial Balance and International Cost and Revenue Analysis Reports

Pursuant to the Supplying Principles and Practices (SPs and Ps) Section 2-10.3.8 Publicizing, the following information is provided concerning a noncompetitive contract award valued at $1 million or more which must be publicized in the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE), also known as SAM (https://sam.gov): The services being purchased noncompetitively are to provide ongoing support for the development and maintenance of the Reallocated Trial Balance and International Cost and Revenue Analysis reports which are used in Postal ratemaking and strategic business decisions and are presented to the Postal Regulatory Commission as part of the Annual Compliance Report.
