Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CDMX Hotel and Conference Venue

The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole?source, firm?fixed?price contract to HOTEL PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL for a single venue space consisting of multiple conference rooms, AV equipment and support, as well as 5-star hotel lodging for an estimated 150 conference attendees from December 1 to 7, 2024, located within 3 blocks of Pasaje Polanco Masaryk, Polanco, Mexico, D. F., Mexico.

Given that HOTEL PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL is the only vendor capable of meetting these needs for the dates listed, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
