Notice of Intent – Sole Source – Haivision Enterprise Media Platform

The U.S. Embassy Consulate in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to SUPERIOR ACCESS SOLUTIONS INC for the Haivision enterprise media platform for video encoding technology to help transmit low-latency video over OpenNet to US Embassy Mexico and its outlying Consulates. Given that Superior Access Solutions Inc is Haivision’s only Reseller for State Department’s video applications, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
