Northern California Freight Transfer Facility Construction Surveillance Technician

The National Reconnaissance Office has a requirement for an on-site Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) for facilities support subject matter expertise during building construction at a location in California. Contractor must provide a cleared highly capable individual that is proactive, innovative, effective, balanced, and efficient, who understands and complies with all regulations and documents governing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction.

The Contractor shall provide full-time on-site support for personnel providing direct support facilities from Notice to Proceed (NTP) plus 18 months. The Government will provide office space, at the locations specified below, which include office furnishings, telecommunication support, computer, and office supplies for Contractor personnel stationed on-site in support of this contract. The estimated price is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be released on/about 13 November 2024. Interested parties will be required to have an ARC account to view the solicitation, and are encouraged to ensure they have access prior to the anticipated release date identified in this notice.
