THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AWARD TO SANCORP CONSULTING, LLC. TO PROVIDE SPECIALIZED AND SENSITIVE ADMINISTRATIVE, POLICY, OPERATIONS, AND ANALYTIC SUPPORT SERVICES.
The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Influence and Perception Management Office (IPMO), intends to award a sole source contract to Sancorp Consulting, LLC. under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, under provisions of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) – Only One Responsible Source.
WHS/AD intends to issue a contract award to Sancorp Consulting, LLC., located at 3235 Valley Lane, Falls Church, VA 22044-1740 to provide Specialized and Sensitive Administrative, Policy, Operations, and Analytic Support Services.
The current contract number HQ0034-23-C-0061 will end on June 9, 2024. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) will begin June 10, 2024, through September 27, 2024. Pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services the Government has the option to extend services for an additional six months. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Award for Specialized and Sensitive Administrative, Policy, Operational, and Analytic Support Services.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations or proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice via email in Word or PDF format, with a file size less than 5MB to Ms. Rainie Wells, Contract Specialist, whs.ncr.ad.mbx.eosd-tab-branch@mail.mil no later than 11:00 am Eastern, February 23, 2024. Zipped files will not be accepted. All information submitted should support the Offerors capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an Offeror’s bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, “Custom Computer Programming Services” Size Standard in Millions of Dollars: $34.0.
