Intent to Award a Succeeding Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently occupies 9,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinic space at 501 S. Willard St, Cottonwood, AZ 86326, for the Cottonwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The VA is providing public notice of its intent to pursue a succeeding lease at the current location in accordance with GSAR 570.402.

The VA will consider information from interested parties capable of providing 9,500 RSF of medical/clinical space within the required Cottonwood, AZ delineated area and available no later than September 30, 2026. This notice is issued to ensure transparency and allow potential alternative locations to respond. Interested parties should review the attached notice for submission instructions and space requirements.
