KMC Area Commissaries Total Maintenance Services

A Commercial Solutions Opportunity is estimated to be posted on or around Monday, 27 July 2026 requesting industry help to provide a solution of providing maintenance services to the Commissaries aging infrastructure to allow the commissaries in KMC area (Baumholder, Vogelweh, and Ramstein) to remain operational. Facility maintenance services are required for the commissaries in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) area (Baumholder, Ramstein, Vogelweh). Facility maintenance includes preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and emergency maintenance services.

6 August 2026 Vogelweh Commissary: 0930 at the front entrance to the commissary. (0900 at Pulaski gate if sign in is required) Ramstein Commissary 1330 at the front entrance to the commissary. (1300 at the visitor's center if sign in is required) 7 August 2026 Baumholder Commissary 1000 at the front entrance to the commissary.
