Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Setcan Corp. To provide Malmstrom Air Force Base with Stress Vests and the corresponding accessories to operate them. There is no other authorized or permitted distribution of Stress Vest products by any other source. The requirement is as follows:
