500 Employees Description: Indian Health Service (IHS) Nashville Area Office intends to solicit and award a single fixed-price requirements type contract to provide Dental Laboratory Services for the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center located at and the Monacan Health Center. The Contractor will provide dental laboratory services such as fixed and removable prosthesis. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability vendors who meets the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS.

Place of Contract Performance: Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center, 2401 Roxbury Road Charles City, VA 23030 IHS Monacan Health Center, 108 Dixie Airport Rd, Madison Heights, VA 24572 Solicitation Date: The pre-solicitation is expected to be posted 7 days after the date of this notice.

Award and Duration: 12 Month Base Year with, Four (4), 12 Month Option Years.
