Notice of Intent to Sole Source.

This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of Social Security Administration's (SSA's) Intent to obtain services on a sole-source basis, a firm-fixed price Purchase Order to AllSafe Elevator Inspection, LLC. for an Escalator Consultant/A&E Contractor to provide a complete Statement of Work (SOW) package including IGCE and Design to refurbish the twelve (12) escalators located in the Robert M. Ball building. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), “Soliciting from a Single Source.”
