NOI to Sole-Source to IQVIA Government Solutions

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA), Division of Contract Management (DCM) on behalf of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (Including brand-name) to IQVIA Government Solutions located at 3110 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, Virginia, 22042-4503 to procure real-time data to understand the prescribing practices of behavioral health providers nation-wide.

The objective of this requirement is for the vendor to be solely responsible for designing and implementing a robust data collection methodology. This methodology should capture relevant information from various sources in real-time, such as healthcare providers, treatment facilities, insurance claims, survey responses, and other relevant datasets.

The data collection process should ensure the representation of diverse populations, geographic regions, and demographic characteristics to provide a comprehensive picture of mental health and substance use treatment across the United States.
