NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. In accordance with FAR 13.5 Single Source, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), intends to issue and order on a Sole Source basis to Southern States of Georgia, for interrupter parts. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated requirement, may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance. Responses received will be used of future acquisitions.
