The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Sargent Hydraulic Valve Training on a sole source basis from Sargent Aerospace & Defense LLC. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
