The Sources Sought notice is posted by the Government agency seeking possible sources for a project. This notice is not a solicitation for work or a request for proposal. Additionally, this notice does not obligate the government to award a contract or multiple contracts; and it does not obligate the government to pay for any bid and/or proposal preparation costs.

The purpose of this notice is to identify interested and capable vendors to perform the work described below and to incorporate the results of this notice into the Government's Market Research Report.

The work included in the scope of A-E Title I Services (Design Phase Services) for this design project encompasses an assessment of all of the roofs and the design of a PVC roofing system to include vapor barrier, roof membrane, insulation layer, and cover board; collecting/reviewing project data and records; developing design concepts and cost estimates; attendance and participation in review meetings; and making revisions requested by the Government.

The contractor is expected to submit intermediate design documents and ultimately produce a complete design based on specified requirements and comments received during the 65%, 95%, and 100% design review meetings. This information will be utilized to prepare comprehensive drawings, schedules, specifications, and cost estimates for all facets of work and disciplines/trades involved in the construction project.
