The Health Readiness Contracting Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for annual calibration, maintenance, and support services for the current Rees Scientific Centron Alarm System presently operating in the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory (USACAEL) located at US Army Garrison, Forest Glen Annex, 9100 Brookville Road, Silver Spring Maryland, 20910 in support Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD.
Allergen Extract vaccines and biological products are refrigerated at 2-8 degrees Centigrade in 14 refrigerator/freezer units. Refrigerators are monitored by a stand-alone central Rees Scientific CentronSQL Environmental Control Alarm System to assure appropriate storage temperatures are documented and maintained at all times. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210. The Size Standard is $34,000,000.00. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
