No solicitation document will be issued, and quotations will not be requested. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) plans to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to Integra Lifesciences Corporation, located at 1100 Campus Road, Princeton, NJ 08450-6550. The Department of Perioperative Medicine requires Integra cordless headlights. These headlights are requested by all surgeons for use in various surgical procedures to improve visualization and lighting in the operating field. The cordless design allows surgeons unrestricted movement around the room.

Contracts under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) are exempt from FAR Part 6 (Competition Requirements).
