Preformed Line Products: Spacer Dampers

This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in effort to perform market research and seek potential contractors able to provide brand name Preformed Line Products spacer dampers. Detailed part numbers and quantities are attached to this notice.

Contractors capable of providing all parts and quantities specified may respond to this notice. Please provide the Offeror's name, UEI #, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address.

All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email ONLY to Knapp@wapa.gov and Daoud@wapa.gov by 12:00 PM Pacific on 19 August 2024. This is for market research purposes only and we are NOT seeking quotes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this RFI or any follow-up information requests.
