Trane Chiller service/repair (Johnson controls/Metasys, R22, Acid Cleaning)

This is a Sources Sought Notice. It is not a solicitation or Request for Quotes/Proposals This notice is posted to identify potential contractors that can provide the services as indicated in the attached draft Statement of Work. Any proposals/quotes received in response to this notice will not be considered.

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region, located in Loveland, Colorado is seeking qualified and experienced contractors for perform preventative maintenance and/or repair on three (3) Trane Chillers (see full details/requirements in the attached Draft Statement of Work). Offerors must meet the qualifications requirements indicated in the attached draft Statement of Work.

Offerors shall submit a capability statement that includes the information responsive to the information identified in listed in paragraphs (1)-(4) below. Capability statements shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Carol L. Hammans (hammans@wapa.gov) NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Deadline for response/submittal of capability statement is Monday June 10, 2024, at 5 p.m. EDT. The subject line of your email shall state: “Trane Chiller Capability Statement”.
