Repairs to Gering Over the Road Tractor

SOLE SOURCE NOTICE OF INTENT: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) intends to acquire service repairs to the fuel system and exhaust system on a heavy duty CXU613 Mack truck from Nextran Corporation (Nextran Trucks Center) at Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation package will be publicly issued.

Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by the closing date of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
