This posting provides notice of use of other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 and FAR subpart 5.2 to acquire annual window cleaning service for all NAVFAC Pacific Command buildings. Six local vendors were contacted for this requirement, however, given the strict access necessary to work on Federal Installations, only once source was capable of providing the service.

As such, Worldwide Window Cleaning is the only vendor that is able and/or willing to gain base access and meet the scope of work requirement. A Single Source Justification and Approval (J&A) for using other than full and open competition was approved on March 11th 2024 by the Contracting Officer and Technical Point of Contact.
