MTC Lobby Modernization (Large Electronic Displays)

The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for two (2) quotes for large electronic displays as described in Salient Characteristics and PWS documents:

Quote 1: Five (5) electronic displays (to include displays 1 through 5 ONLY, as described in supporting documents).

Quote 2: Eight (8) electronic displays (to include displays 1 through 5 PLUS 3 optional displays, as described in supporting documents). Both quotes to include described wall-mounts or floor stand, attachment of displays to wall mounts or floor stand, installation of wall mount displays to the wall, and standard warranty as described in supporting documents. All questions must be submitted by 15 August 2024 at 1pm MDT. Answers will be posted by 16 August 2024 at 10am MDT.

All quotes should be submitted to primary or seconday POC. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. Evalution will be conducted as Lowest Priced Technical Acceptable according to the Salient Characteristics and PWS documents provided. Requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract.
