This is a Sources Sought notice of the intent to award a firm fixed priced contract in accordance with FAR 13.5.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Petroleum Reserves has a sole source to provide a new contract with Haverly Systems, Inc., for a license subscription to the following suite of products: Year One - H/CAMS Crude Management System, H/CAMS Annual Support, H/CAMS Training; Haverly Full Assay Library (HFAL), Annual Support (HFAL), and Phillips 66 Full Assay Library (P66FAL), Annual Support (P66FAL) to support crude assay management. This award will consist of a base year and one one-year option. The contract is Firm-Fixed Price, and the period of performance is October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2026, should the 2nd-year option be exercised.
