This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D30124Q78297 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a Standard Size of 1,250 employees. This is a RFQ for the procurement of Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD Extraction System and related services and supplies.

The is a fully automated clinical nucleic acid extraction system with a pre-filled cartridge-based system with scalable extraction of 1 to 24 samples. The vendor will provide the Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD, provide supplies and provide services to the Qiagen EZ2 Connect MDx IVD extraction system. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein.

There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
