BUY INDIAN SET-ASIDE - PowerVac Vacuum and Installation for Pawnee Indian Health Center

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) # 246-24-Q-0172. Submit only written quotes for this RFQ.

This solicitation is 100% BUY INDIAN SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

The associated NAICS code is 423450. This RFQ contains three (3) Line Items: CLIN 0001 Midmark PowerVac G14 Twin, 14-20 User, 2 Vacuum, 220V, 2x30A (Product # 1163-G14) 0002 Installation 0003 Shipping/Freight Any Offeror submitting “OR EQUAL” items must meet or exceed the specifications above (or attached). “OR EQUAL” items must have supporting documentation (statement of work) or OFFERS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days from date of award.

Vendor Technical Requirements: The contractor shall provide the following for the Pawnee Indian Health Center Dental Department:

Evaluation:

The contractor shall provide warranty: Warranty for 60 months or 10,000 hours full product; 10-yr/20,000 hr pump. The Contractor shall provide installation of the PowerVac and all components. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions other than those stated will not be accepted. The above pricing is all inclusive.
