U.S. Government Seeking Office Space for Lease near Arlington, VA

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Suspense date: 29 Jul 2024 This is a "sources sought" notice, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of the response of this announcement, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this sources sought notice.

Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 8,000-9,000 square feet of rentable space to accommodate approximately 20 people with at least four offices with doors (the rest can be offices or cubicles), a conference room that seats at least twenty (20) persons, kitchen and supply room.

Unique Requirement: Parking should be made available at an additional cost.

Location: Offered properties must be located within five (5) miles of Arlington, VA.

Lease Term: One Year with up to four (4) one-year options to renew.

Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by December 2024. Expressions of interest should include the following:

Building name and address Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
